Herzing College - Aren't I entitled to keep my textbooks based on the terms and conditions?
Asked by Diabolic ProdigyI'm a student at Herzing, and I was under the impression that my tuition cost covered textbooks. Do I really have to return them after I finish, or am I legally entitled to keep them?

I've never heard of a college which included textbooks in tuition costs. If they were explicit about this in the tuition agreement, and they gave you new textbooks, then I would presume you could keep them. However, if they gave you a used book, you might assume that they reuse the books and you would have to return them, just as one does in high school.
