what race should Egyptians put on college applications?
Asked by DinerzI am an Egyptian- American applying to college soon and am confused as to what to put for my race. will i face consequences for putting African American, is it justifiable to do so? my African-American friends say I should because Egypt is located in Africa but my white friends say I should put other because putting black would give me an unfair advantage. If a person's race was based solely on appearance i would probably be considered Hispanic.
