No. They are HBCUs (historically black colleges and universities) and traditionally attract more African-American applicants and students than others. But they are also equal opportunity institutions and do not and cannot discriminate because of race. In some cases, the other races may get a preference because the institutions may want to increase the enrollment diversity. Try it!
