Well..I'm not sure about Morgan State University.. But I'm thinking about attending Howard in the fall of '09..and from all of the information I gathered..you need to have a minimum GPA of 3.0..SAT score of 1050..and if ure taking the ACT..a score of 23..hope that helps..feel free to email me at cutie19912006@yahoo.com..if u have any questions..
