I go to SU. I don't know what this MS and CS stuff is. I don't know what exactly you mean by cost of living, but it all depends. If you get a decent meal plane your food is paid for. Your living expenses are all included in tuition, unless you decide to live off campus (which I will be doing next year). It is a lot cheaper than living on campus (you must live on campus as a freshmen, and as a sophomore they say you have to be on campus but there are ways to get around it). There is a big off campus community. I have more specific questions you can contact me.
