From either you'll have a degree from Indiana University and they try to keep the standards the same across all IU campuses. For pre-med, you're definitely going to get more of the overall college experience at Bloomington. If you're considering medical school, IUPUI is where you would have to go. That is where Indiana University's medical school is located, it's not in Bloomington.
