Call the admissions office and tell them how hopeful and excited you are ( in a nice way), or send them an email. Ask if they can let you know by phone. It can't hurt to let them know that Marist is your first choice. Just for comfort in the meantime, check out the profiles on collegedata.com to see your odds of admission and where you fit on their profiles of admitted students. You can also look on the discussion pages for Marist college on CollegeConfidential.com. Open up the emails for the last year or so, and you might find info on last year's applicants since otherwise the active board only shows postings for the last 90 days. Another good site to check out admission profiles and learn about the school is collegereviews.com, if you haven't found that one yet. Between the three sites (and theu.com), you'll get a great sense of the actual profile for admitted students and waiting won't seem as long! If you post on the Marist College site at CollegeConfidential.com, you may also hear from someone else when the first regular decision letters are starting to be received. Good luck!
