The two schools are very different, so it really depends on what you are comfortable with. Binghamton is a big, public, research school. It has a very strong reputation overall; reasonably good in business. Marist is much smaller and private. I was there last year and liked the feel of the school a lot. I think you would get a lot more attention there than you would at Binghamton.
