First off drop any class you are getting a F in if you still can. Try taking only one class this summer. Take one you have already failed in. Getting a better grade will erase the F and bring your GPA up. Then try two classes in the fall. Once again re taking any that you have failed before. My son had trouble for 2 years, then took off a year to work. He is slowly re building his GPA.Last semester he got a 3.5 which really helped his over all GPA. He has now re taken all classes he got F's in and is now ready to go to a 4 year college. Stop looking in the past. Focus on the future. You can still do this. Being 25 or 26 and just graduating college is much better than being 25 and not having a degree. Do take advantage of any writing centers or tutoring the college has. See if the college has any advisers (not counselors) that can help you plan out the next year.
