Can I get into the U of Michigan, University of Chicago, Cornell, and Brown with these stats?

--GPA (unweighted): 4.0 {all honors and AP classes} [Cuurrently a junior] --APs this year: 2: AP Lit and AP Bio --APs next year: 4: French Language, Calculus BC, Chemistry, and US Government --ACT: 28 (but retaking it in March) --Extracurriculars: Model UN (president, was secretary as a sophomore, re-elected as president for next year), NHS, Humanitarian Club, Student Government, Interdisciplinary Study: Our Town Detroit, Michigan Math League, Math Club --Volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital Colleges I would love to get into and go to: University of Michigan, University of Chicago, Cornell University, Brown University, Northwestern University, Stanford University, and University of California Berkeley. What do you guys think, do I have some good chances? Thanks!

For most of these schools, you would need at least the SAT I, and perhaps some SAT IIs. Your grades are obviously very good, and you have some good extracurriculars, but your ACT score is not high enough for these schools, even those that might accept the ACT at all.
