I'm not that familar with Macomb, but OCC seems to have built some pretty strong technology programs, particularly at the Auburn Hills campus (just across the street from Daimler-Chrysler HQ). It depends on what courses you want to take and if you're looking for a specific program. If you're just looking to take some courses to transfer to another school, then it might not matter that much. Also, one may cost more if you're considered out-of-district, so that may be a factor to consider.
