Is it possible to transfer from UC Riverside to another UC.... say, LA or Santa Barbara?

Every school doesn't have that many transfer spots. While it's possible to transfer from a UC to another UC, it is VERY rare. They reserve the overwhelming majority of their limited transfer spots to kids from community colleges. If you want to go to a better UC, go to a CC for a couple of years and then transfer. Don't go to UCR and then hope to transfer.
