Thinking about attending Florida State University in fall I need the 411...?
Asked by KaylaI currently do not live in Florida, but I am a rising senior in high school and I am trying to get a little information on Florida State University. Do students like it there, is the area a good place for college atmosphere...just over all what are your thoughts about Florida State?

FSU is in Tallahassee, FL located in the panhandle of Florida and it is the Capital of Florida so there are a lot of politicians running around. It is a growing medium sized city with reasonable cost of living. Tallahassee Community College is the local community college and is a pipeline to FSU. My brothers went to FSU and they had a good time and they seemed to like it a lot. It seems to me that the campus is a lot more diverse than University of Florida and the students seem friendlier. There is a good college nightlife at FSU. Overall, it is a good choice. Keep your grades up though because they are raising their entry standards.
