www.sjsu.edu/faso/applying/regfees/ has all of the fees, although books most likely depend on what class you're taking. The fees are based on the level of the class you want to take (undergrad, grad). Look here: www.students.gov/STUGOVWebApp/Public?topicID=15&operation=topic for grants.
