well, since its a public school, you'll have no trouble. I think that you'll be able to get in, but since your SAT is low, you might not get any scholarship, but you can always call them or email the counselor of the school and ask to see if there is anyway that you can get scholarship aside from just the SAT-base scholarship. There might be private scholarship that many people not know about. Good luck
