For pro clowning you would need to go to clown school. For teaching a nutrition class you would have to first get a degree in nutrition which give you the knowledge and the credentials to teach. For the Sierra Club I would go online and look for some volunteer opportunities to get you started. For the writing a book or a screenplay I would recommend taking a few writing classes or workshops at your college. For the real estate, if you want to sell, you can take a college class in real estate that will help you get your license. I would recommend talking to the teacher and asking what expenses will be involved in getting the license after you pass the test in your state. In N.M. it is about $1500.00 to get the test, your license and join the Realtors association. Since you are a broke college mom this may affect your decision to pursue this. Also keep in mind that although real estate is a good profession, it is also a commission only job and once you make that first sale it still takes a while to get all the paperwork and financing done so plan on at least 3-6 months till you get a check. Good Luck
