The University of Alabama is located in Tuscaloosa. It's home of the Crimson Tide (football) and the famous coach Bear Bryant coached there. Alabama State University is located in Montgomery and I believe their mascot is the Hornets. It's not as popular as the University of Alabama but still a decent school.
