You have a chance, but this is your chance to show them that you really deserve to be there. If you've done anything impressive since you submitted your application, let them know about it. Ask if they'd like to see any new letters of recommendation, samples of your work, or anything else that would help make you stronger. Above all, make it clear that you want to go without acting panicky or whining.
