I am a High School Junior, and have a 4.0 GPA. I am a QB that led the football team to the Championship game and we won. I took some college classes in a community college after school, during the weekends, and in the summer. I am currently a Certified Nursing Assistant. In High School I was in a program called Teens Reaching Youth. I am Hispanic and live in Illinois. I want to become a Heart Surgeon when I get older. I have not yet taken the ACT so what score do I need to get in? If I wanted to transfer to a college such as Johns Hopkins University once I get my Bachelors degree would I be able to If I received good grades in the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
