Asked by socialwork2010Apparently, everyone I was assigned to work with at University of Phoenix online approximately six months ago has quit. I am trying to get some help on my next set of classes and I cannot get anyone to return my phone call and when I get a live operator, they put me in some random voicemail. Does anyone know how to get ahold of a live academic counselor??

I had this same issue, what I ended up doing was getting a hold of someone, then taking their name and calling every day until I received an answer from someone that knew what they were doing. After all was said and done, I ended up going to the BBB to deal with them. Try doing that if you do not get anyone to help you.
