Does anyone have info about appealing out of state tuition specifically at University of Tennessee?
Asked by blondie1209I live in Texas and I have my heart set on University of Tennessee, but out of state tuition is almost doubled the cost of in state tuition. Any information or experience anyone has with getting it appealed would be awesome. Thanks!
