| 4th Program is an Instructor program that requires 2000 clock hours, not 1799, but survey will not accept the 2000 clock hours. | | There is a severe shortage of housing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since Hurricane Katrina hit in August of 2005 which has caused housing prices to rise beyond a normal increase. The Coast lost from 65% to 80% of homes, depending on which county you reside. |
